Cancellation and Refund

At CRICTOOLS SPORTS INVENTIONS, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that situations may arise requiring cancellation or refund, and this policy outlines our procedures and conditions clearly.

1. Cancellation Policy For Services: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance of the scheduled service date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 25% cancellation fee or a flat fee of ₹250, whichever is higher. For Product Orders: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if the item has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange (see refund section). For Custom/Personalized Items: Orders for custom-built tools or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Refund Policy Eligibility: Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: Receipt of a defective or damaged product (must be reported within 3 days of delivery). Service was not rendered or did not match the agreed scope. Duplicate charges or billing errors. Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been used, altered, or returned without original packaging. Digital products, once accessed or downloaded. Custom-made items, unless damaged or defective. Refund Method & Timeframe: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only.
