Shipping and Delivery

At CRICTOOLS SPORTS INVENTIONS, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and associated charges. 

 

1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India, covering metro cities, towns, and rural areas. For international shipping requirements, please reach out to our support team. 

2. Order Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Customized or made-to-order items may take longer, and customers will be notified of the estimated dispatch time. 

3. Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.) will be communicated when possible. 

4. Shipping Charges Free shipping is available on all orders of ₹5000 or above. For orders below ₹5000, a standard shipping charge of ₹350 will apply at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. 

5. Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS. You may track the order on our courier partner’s portal or contact us for assistance. 

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments In case of damage during transit or if the package is lost, please notify us within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. After investigation, a replacement or refund will be issued if the claim is found valid. 

7. Change of Shipping Address Shipping address changes can only be accepted before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. 8.
